Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50 to the United States and Canada. For smaller orders and other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Duties Included (US)
Orders to the United States ship with all duties and import fees paid, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other countries, local import taxes may apply.

Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 6–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at hello@elysophia.com and we'll send a replacement or refund.
