30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Elysophia jewelry. If you're not completely happy, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@elysophia.com with your order number, and we'll reply with return instructions.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, doesn't arrive, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized pieces (such as initial necklaces) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
